If you are looking for some sun-dappled relaxation during your visit to Plettenberg Bay – look no further than a lazy lunch and wine tasting at Bramon Wine Estate.

Bramon was the first wine estate this far along the coast from the Cape Winelands and has served to spearhead winemaking in the Plett area. The wine estate is nestled in “The Crags” – a charming area just outside Plettenberg Bay, with vines sloping gently towards the towering Tsitsikamma Mountains. Bramon began their winemaking journey with an award winning Methode Cap Classique sparkling wine and added a lovely still Sauvignon Blanc to their offerings.

A wine tasting at Bramon is always a treat, but coupled with lunch at their charming restaurant – it is simply sublime. The restaurant serves a selection of tapas dishes, served with homemade bread and fresh salads that perfectly compliment their delicious wines. The restaurant is designed with a cozy interior for chillier days and tables amongst the vines for those sun-kissed days (of which Plett has plenty :) )

Have a look at the menu. If you are looking to slow down your adventuring in Plett and just “drink” in your surroundings – a visit to Bramon is highly recommended!
